Leroy Seth discusses the nature of the prayers offered in the Sweat House Item Info

One thing that I also learned in the Sweathouse is that many times you have a very sick heart that could be from anything, or maybe you really dislike an individual and you know that you are not supposed to have that kind of feeling. You try to think and pray for the individual , like praying for your enemies, and you are primarily praying for yourself, asking the creator to give you strength so you won’t have these bad feelings. So anything you have you throw them in the red-hot rocks, if you didn’t do it by the fire prior to going into the Sweat. When you come out of the sweat you are supposed to come out “clean.” You are supposed to feel good and be able to sleep like a baby because you not only feel good physically but also mentally, maybe even drained because of all the participation inside, activities like singing and what have you, and all the heat. That is one thing I wanted to share that is really important.
