Per authors, active nest count = # nests detected + 0.5*(juveniles detected) (Table 14 and Table 20). One of 2 sites of Clark's grebe nests in 2003. Surveys were conducted from 1998 to 2003 for this report but since only nests counted in 2003 were mentioned for this lake, I noted this for just 2003.
