Unknown observers. 1984, 1990, 1992, 2003, and 2005 considered breeding. 1994, 1995, 1998, 2004, and 2006 considered non-breeding. No data for any other inbetween years. For 1984, 1990, 1992, and 2003, nests X2 gives the estimate for breeding adults (300, 6, 60, and 100 respectively). I entered maximum # adults as the actual count though, 125 in 2004. These are historical records included in the Atlas.
