Statement:
Mr. Allen. Thank you, Senator. I would like to simply testify on my own behalf as an outfitter and guide and proprietor of Rocky Mountain Fly Shop here in Boise. I see hundreds of people every summer that come from all over the world to enjoy the beauty and take very little home with them except for maybe an empty pocketbook. I think we nave underestimated and undersold the value and the beauty of the State we live in. I would like to see it stay that way.
