Mr. Hinson. Mr. Chairman, I'm Joe Hinson, executive director of Idaho Forest Industry Council; Idaho Forest Industry Council does represent the State's timber industry. We have an excellent panel this morning of industry representatives, all whom make their living through our industry here in eastern Idaho, and rather than my making a formal statement this morning, I think I'd like to just yield the remainder of my time to the other IFIC, an associate of all contractor panelists, headed by Burt Lillis of Louisiana Pacific.
