Statement:

LOUISIANA-PACIFIC CORP. Mr. Vogl. Senator, members of the delegation, my name is Roy Vogl. I'm logging superintendent for the Louisiana Pacific, Moyie Springs, Idaho. I'm on the board of directors of the Intermountain Logging conference, elected to the board in 1972. In 1978 I was resolution chairman. At that time we had a wilderness resolution that was accepted and passed by the conference. This conference was presented to the Federal and State agencies. And as a representative of the Intermountain Logging Conference we strongly designate no more wilderness. This conference represents part of British Columbia, Oregon, Washington, Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, and Arizona. This is my stand. Thank you.
